News from the 2025 Annual Meeting
President/CEO Paula O’Rourke addressed Corda Credit Union members virtually, reviewing the highlights of the past year.

This year’s virtual annual meeting was held on Monday, April 28, 2025, beginning at 6pm. President/CEO Paula O’Rourke spoke about the credit union’s origins and our transition to Corda Credit Union in 2024. She also elaborated on service upgrades, such as online Bill Pay and the payment portal; financial literacy initiatives; and the contributions we made to our communities — both by volunteering and by funding nonprofits and major community projects. Paula spoke of 2024’s accolades, including being named one of the best credit unions in Iowa by Forbes and honored as AFP Eastern Iowa Chapter’s Outstanding Large Philanthropic Organization. Looking toward 2025, she highlighted the upcoming launch of new products and services, as well as the construction and projected fall 2025 opening of our new North Liberty branch, Corda’s first branch outside of Linn County.
The board governance and nominations, audit, and finance committee chairpersons updated members on the financial and organizational milestones that their respective committees hit in 2024.
Voting for the candidates for the board of directors was held online from April 1 through April 23, 2025. Incumbents Joan Auterman, Holly Corkery, Angie Glick-Martin, and Richard Ortega were elected to serve three-year terms.
