We believe you can’t serve a community from a distance. To us, real service means showing up for our neighbors, supporting local dreams, and standing behind our community in every way we can.

In 2025, that belief came to life through more than $220,000 in charitable giving. This support reached dozens of nonprofits, including nearly $30,000 in community donations to 62 organizations and more than $74,000 in nonprofit event sponsorships and program support, helping expand services, reach more families, and respond to real needs.

Beyond monetary giving, our employees show what it means to walk alongside the community. In 2025, Corda team members set a new record with 2,127 volunteer hours, more than 70% of employees contributing their time, energy, and care to local causes. This time spent in our communities is valued at a monetary impact $63,500.

Our spirit of service was extended through initiatives including the annual Corda Loves Kids Golf Outing and employee giving, more than $37,000 was raised for Children’s Miracle Network, directly benefiting young patients and families at University of Iowa Stead Family Children’s Hospital.

Employees also rallied together for the United Way campaign, raising over $9,000, and collected more than 8,000 diapers for local families, contributing 16% of United Way’s October donation goal.
