90 Years of Heart: A Look Back at 2025

Corda celebrated an incredible milestone in 2025: 90 years of service rooted in care, trust, and community.

What began with eleven teachers and a shared vision has grown into something much bigger, an organization making a meaningful impact across Eastern Iowa. As we look back on all we accomplished in 2025, we’re proud of how we continued to grow, give back, and invest in the communities we serve.

Expanding Into Johnson County

In 2025, we took a historic step by opening our first branch outside of Linn County in North Liberty. This expansion represents more than a new location, it reflects a deeper commitment to serving growing communities and increasing access for members across the Corridor.

This milestone also marked the realization of the vision behind our name change, demonstrating our commitment to grow alongside the communities we serve. With continued investment in Johnson County and future plans in Coralville, we’re expanding not just our footprint, but our impact.

Growing Access to Financial Education

Education has always been central to who we are. In 2025, we delivered 52 financial education classes and partnered with local schools and programs to equip students with real-world financial skills.

Showing Up for Our Community

Our commitment goes beyond banking. In 2025, Corda contributed more than $220,000 in charitable giving and logged over 2,100 volunteer hours.

Supporting The Teacher Store

Rooted in our founding story, the Teacher Store remains a powerful example of community support in action. In 2025 alone, the non-profit organization provided free classroom supplies to 1,632 educators across 27 school districts.
